This Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures for resolving disputes related to the transfer of domain names between registrars registered through (“Registrar”).

1. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to disputes arising from the transfer of domain names between registrars involving as the registrar of record. Disputes may include, but are not limited to, allegations of unauthorized transfers, improper denial of transfer requests, or violations of applicable transfer policies.

2. Dispute Resolution Process

a. Informal Resolution: Parties involved in a transfer dispute are encouraged to attempt to resolve the issue informally through direct communication. Registrar may facilitate communication between parties but does not act as an arbitrator or mediator in disputes.

b. Formal Complaint: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the aggrieved party may file a formal complaint with Registrar. The complaint must include a detailed description of the dispute, supporting evidence, and any relevant documentation.

c. Review Process: Registrar will review the complaint and conduct an impartial assessment of the dispute. This may include reviewing transfer request records, communication logs, and other relevant information provided by the parties involved.

d. Decision: Registrar will make a determination based on the merits of the case and applicable transfer policies and regulations. Decisions may include approving or denying the transfer request, or taking other appropriate actions to resolve the dispute.

e. Appeal Process: Parties dissatisfied with the decision may request an appeal within a specified timeframe. Appeals must be based on new evidence or procedural errors and will be reviewed by an independent panel appointed by Registrar.
